For those of you searching for the perfect black eyeliner to create that signature vintage look.. enter 'Punk Your Eyes' by the make up maestro's Ruby and Millie. It's part of a range called 'Scarlett and Crimson' designed especially for teenagers.. but I won't tell if you won't! It's better than any felt tipped liner I have tried and the results give a long lasting black glossy finish. I find felt tip liners much easier and less messy than brush liners, and this one is no exception.
